卵巢静脉栓塞结合补肾活血方治疗盆腔静脉淤血综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨经卵巢静脉栓塞结合补肾活血方治疗盆腔静脉淤血综合征(PCS)的临床疗效。方法PCS患者75例,随机分为3组。中药组27例予补肾活血中药,卵巢静脉栓塞组23例予卵巢静脉栓塞,综合治疗组25例予补肾活血方+卵巢静脉栓塞。3组均以15d为1个疗程,比较3组卵巢静脉内径、盆腔静脉丛范围及临床疗效。结果中药组、卵巢静脉栓塞组、综合治疗组有效率分别为55.6%、82.6%、88.0%,卵巢静脉栓塞组、综合治疗组与中药组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),综合治疗组与卵巢静脉栓塞组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),卵巢静脉栓塞组和综合治疗组的卵巢静脉内径和盆腔静脉丛范围治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论经皮股静脉卵巢静脉栓塞结合补肾活血方治疗PCS治疗效果好,并发症少,复发率低,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of combination of ovarian vein embolization and prescription with invigorating the kidney and promoting blood flow on pelvie congestion syndrome. Methods 75 patients with pelvic congestion syndrome （PCS） were randomly divided into three groups. Patients in TCM group （ n = 27 ） were treated by prescription with invigorating the kidney and promoting blood flow. Cases in routine therapy group （ n = 23 ） were treated by ovarian vein embolization. Patients in combines therapy group （ n = 25 ） were treated by combination of ovarian vein embolization and prescription with invigorating the kidney and promoting blood flow. The therapeutic effect was evaluated by comparison of inner diameter of vena ovarica and pelvic veniplex region. Results The total effective rate in routine therapy group and combines therapy group （82.6%, 88.0% ） were higher than that in TCM group （55.6%, P 〈 0. 01 ）. There was no difference between routine therapy group and combines therapy group on the total effective rate （ P 〉 0. 05）. There was obvious difference between routine therapy group and combines therapy group on inner diameter of vena ovarica and pelvic veniplex region. Conclusion Combination of ovarian vein embolization and prescription with invigorating the kidney and promoting blood flow has a good effect on the treatment of pelvic congestion syndrome.
