针刺结合半导体激光照射治疗Hunt面瘫32例

摘　　要：目的观察针刺结合半导体激光照射治疗Hunt面瘫的临床疗效。方法将63例Hunt面瘫患者随机分为2组,治疗组32例用针刺结合半导体激光照射治疗,对照组31例单纯用针刺治疗,比较2组临床症状积分和临床疗效。结果2组治疗前后临床症状积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),2组对Hunt面瘫均有治疗作用,治疗后优于治疗前。2组治疗后临床症状积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组对临床症状的改善情况优于对照组。2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。结论针刺结合半导体激光照射治疗Hunt面瘫和单纯针刺治疗均有良好疗效,针刺结合半导体激光照射治疗Hunt面瘫临床疗效优于单纯针刺治疗。Objective To explore a new therapy with good therapeutic effect and high cure rate for Hunt facial palsy. Methods Sixty three cases of facial paralysis were randomly divided into 2 groups. 32 cases in treatment group were treated by combination of acupuncture and semi - conductor laser irradiation. Patients in control group （n = 31 ） were treated by routine acupuncture. The therapeutic effects and clinical score were assessed in two groups. Results The therapeutic effects and clinical score in the treatment group were superior to those in control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion Both acupuncture combined with semi - conductor laser irradiation and simple acupuncture have good therapeutic effects on Hunt facial palsy, but the effect in treatment group is better than that in control group.
