中西医结合治疗耳带状疱疹25例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察银翘散合龙胆泻肝汤辅助常规治疗耳带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将50例耳带状疱疹患者随机分成2组。对照组25例,予西医常规治疗,治疗组25例,在西医常规治疗的基础上给予银翘散合龙胆泻肝汤口服,连续治疗10 d,合并面瘫者配合针灸治疗,疗程为1个月,疗程结束后评价疗效。结果治疗组总有效率72.0%,对照组总有效率44%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且治疗组临床表现治愈时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗可以缩短耳带状疱疹临床表现的痊愈时间,提高临床疗效。Objective To observe the effect of combination of Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder, Longdan Xiegan decoction and routine therapy on the treatment of zoster oticus. Methods 50 case of zoster oticus were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group （ n= 25） were treated by routine therapy. Patients in treatment group （ n = 25） were treated by combination of Lonicerae and Forsythiae Powder, Longdan Xiegan decoction and routine therapy, in which cases with prosopoplegia were treated by acupuncture. The course was a month in two groups. The effect was evaluated after a course. Results The total effective rate in control group （44%） was obvious lower than that in treatment group （72.0%, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can shorten relieving time of zoster oticus, and enhance effect.
