复方麝香注射液对急性脑卒中所致意识障碍患者体温及神经功能缺损的影响

摘　　要：目的观察复方麝香注射液对急性脑卒中所致意识障碍患者体温及神经功能缺损的影响。方法将84例急性脑卒中后意识障碍患者单盲随机分为2组,治疗组44例在常规治疗基础上予复方麝香注射液20 mL加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL中静脉滴注,每日1次,7 d为1个疗程。对照组40例予单纯西医常规治疗。以入院时所测体温的平均值为基础值,观察每日体温增长情况;治疗前后统计脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度积分。结果2组治疗第1 d和第2 d体温增长情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在第3 d后,治疗组体温增长且呈递减趋势,与对照组同期比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明治疗组可有效控制体温;2组治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分均减少,与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组少于对照组。结论在西医常规治疗基础上采用复方麝香注射液治疗急性脑卒中所致意识障碍可起到控制体温,改善神经功能缺损。Objective To investigate the effect of Fufang Shexiang injection on body temperature and neurological functional deficit of patients with acute cerebral stroke - induced conscious disturbance. Methods 84 patients with acute cerebral stroke -induced conscious disturbance were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in control group were treated by conventional therapy. Patients in treatment group （ n = 44） were treated by intervenous drop infusion of 20 mL Fufang Shexiang injection in 250 mL 0.9% NaCl on the basis of conventional therapy. The changes of body temperature and neurological functional deficit score were observed before and after treatment. Resuits in treatment group showed degression tendency 3 d after treatment. There was significant difference between two groups on the body temperature increment （ P 〈 0.05）. The neurological functional deficit score after treatment was decreased in comparison with that before treatment in two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. There was significant difference between two groups on the neurological functional deficit score after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Fufang Shexiang injection on the basis of conventional therapy can control body temperature, improve neurological functional deficit of patients with acute cerebral stroke - induced conscious disturbance.
