稳心颗粒联合阿替洛尔治疗扩张型心肌病并心律失常临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察稳心颗粒联合阿替洛尔治疗扩张型心肌病并心律失常的临床疗效。方法将扩张型心肌病并心律失常患者168例随机分为两2组。治疗组84例,给予稳心颗粒和阿替洛尔口服;对照组84例,单纯给予阿替洛尔口服。2组治疗时间为4周,分别观察治疗前后临床症状和动态心电图变化。结果治疗组临床总有效率90.48%,心电图总有效率84.52%;对照组临床总有效率76.19%,心电图总有效率66.67%。2组临床总有效率、心电图总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒联用阿替洛尔治疗扩张型心肌病并心律失常的效果比单独使用阿替洛尔明显增高,临床症状改善明显。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Wenxin Granule combined with Atenolol on dilated cardiomyopathy （DCM） with arhythmia. Methods 168 patients with DCM） and arhythmia were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group （ n = 84） were treated by combination Wenxin Granule and Atenolol. 84 cases in control group were treated with oral Atenolo Only. The course was four weeks in two groups. Dynamic electrocardiogram （DCG） and therapeutic effect were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （90.48%） was higher than that in control group （76.19%, P 〈0.05）. The DCG effective rate （84.52%） is higher than that in control group （66.67%, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Wenxin Granule and Atenolol has a marked improvement compared with oral Atenolol only on the treatment of DCM. Patients＇clinical symptoms were improved effectively.
