消痔灵注射辅助内扎外切术治疗环状混合痔的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察消痔灵注射辅助内扎外切术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法将环状混合痔患者130例随机分为2组。治疗组65例采用消痔灵注射辅助内扎外切术,对照组65例采用单纯内扎外切术。观察2组治疗效果,比较2组齿线区损坏程度大小,出现感觉性肛门失禁的几率。结果保护齿线区功能、减少感觉性肛门失禁发生几率治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消痔灵注射辅助内扎外切术治疗环状混合痔临床疗效肯定,有效地保护了齿线区的功能,大大减少了感觉性肛门失禁的发生几率。Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaozhiling Morgan assisted injection combined with exstrip intra- prick operation on the treatment of exo ring mixed hemorrhoid. Methods 130 patients with exo ring mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in treatment group （ n = 65 ） were treated by Xiaozhiling Morgan assisted injection combined with ex - strip intra - prick operation. Patients in the control group （ n = 65 ） were treated by simple ex - strip intra - prick operation. The therapeutic effects were ob- served and compared in both the protection of the functional teeth line area, and probability of anal incontinence sensor. Results The protection of the functional teeth line area and reducing the incidence of anal incontinence sensor in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Xiaozhiling Morgan assisted injection combined with ex - strip intra - prick operation has definite effect for the treatment of exo ring mixed hemorrhoid, and it can effective protect the tooth line of functional areas and greatly reduce the occurrence of anal incontinence sensory chance.
