摘 要:文章主要论述三峡二期工程左岸厂房坝段ⅡA标段混凝土施工期温控及综合防裂技术措施。针对三峡工地气温变幅大、高温持续时段长等特点,采用优化混凝土设计指标及配合比、高温季节拌制低温混凝土、混凝土运输过程中遮阳保温、改善混凝土施工浇筑工艺、优化机械设备配置、进行人工冷却、流水养护、加布防裂钢筋、科学合理安排施工等技术措施,满足了混凝土浇筑温控要求,有效地防止了坝体产生裂缝。This paper gives a detail introduction of the temperature control and anti-crack measurement in the construc- tion of LOT ⅡA of the left bank plant section of the secondary phase of the Three Gorges Project. In accord with pecu- liarities such as large variety in temperature and long high temperature period and etc. these measurements include the optimization of the design norm and mix proportion of concrete, mixing low temperatur concrete in high temperature sea- son, sunshading and keeping temperature constant in transportion, improvement of concrete pouring technique, optimi- zation of mechnical equipments, artificial cooling, curing concrete with running water, addition of anti-crack reinforcing steel bar, scientific plan of construction and etc, and these measurement meet the requirement for temperature control in concrete pouring and prevented effectually dam crack in practice.
