摘  要:采用中压缸起动方式的机组在近几年得到了广泛的应用,其中300 MW级机组中采用中压缸起动方式的以北京重型电机厂(北重)的产品居多,而600 MW级机组中采用中压缸起动方式的则以东方汽轮机有限公司(东汽)为代表。对这两种机组在中压缸起动控制方面的各自特点进行了分析和比较,表明北重300 MW级机组中压缸起动运行操作简单,提高了设备的自动化水平;东汽600 MW级机组中压缸起动中对切缸负荷没有明确要求,适应性较强。The units with IP cylinder starting have been widely used in recent years, among them, the 330 MW units manufactured from Beijing Heavy Electric Machine Works being in the majority, the others being 600 MW units manufactured by East China Turbine Works. The features of control mode in IP cylinder starting for above- mentioned two kinds of units have been analysed and compared, results show that the manupulation in IP cylinder starting operation for 300 MW units manufactured from Beijing Heavy Electric Machine Works is simple, enhancing the automation level of said units, while in IP cylinder starting of 600 MW units manufactured from East China Turbine Works, there isn't clear requirement to load for cylinder change-over,boasting stronger suitability.
