摘  要:针对宝应协鑫生物质发电有限公司秸秆直燃锅炉正压浓相输灰系统存在的旋风分离器灰斗仓泵输送能力不足、旋风分离器灰斗结焦、输灰管道易堵塞等问题,提出了增加仓泵的输送出力、增加1根输灰管道、增加管道助推力等措施,实施后基本解决了上述问题。秸秆直燃锅炉2008年累计运行6983 h(291天),锅炉最大负荷达到85 t,最小负荷40 t,平均负荷55 t/h,最长连续运行达63天。实际运行结果表明,正压浓相气力输灰技术可成功输送草木灰。Directing against the problems existing in positive pressure dense- phase pneumatic ash conveying system for straw directly burning in Baoding Xiexin Biomass Power Generation Co Ltd,such as insufficient conveying capability of the granary pump for ash hopper of the cyclone separator,slagging in ash hopper of said separator,and blockage easily occurred in ash conveying pipeline etc. ,some measures have been put forward, i. e. increasing the output capacity of the granary pump, adding another ash conveying pipeline, and increasing the assisting force in said pipeline etc.. After implementation, the above- mentioned problems have been basically solved. The accumulatd operation hours of said boiler reach 6983 h (210 days),the maximum load of said boiler reaching 85t,the minimum load being 40 t, the average load becoming 55 t/h,the longest continuous operation time reaching 63 days. Practical result of operation shows that the above - mentioned ash conveying technology can be successfully used for plant ash conveying for straw directly burning boilers.
