摘  要:上都发电有限责任公司采用全膜水处理技术(盘式过滤器+超滤+二级反渗透+EDI)制备锅炉补给水。重点介绍EDI装置运行中遇到的问题及对策。运行结果表明,全膜水处理工艺运行可靠,管理简便,产水水质能满足锅炉用水要求。此外,采用全膜水处理技术彻底消除了传统混床树脂再生系统使用的酸碱和废水的排放。The preparation of make - up water for boilers in Shangdu Power Generation Co Ltd by using total membrane water treatment technology, i. e. disc type filter+ ultrafiltration+two- stage reverse osmosis+electrodeionization (EDI) has been presented, the problems encounted in operation of EDI facility and countermeasures adopted being emphatically given. Results of practical operation show that the total membrane water treatment technology is reliable in operation, being simple and convenient in management,the quality of effluent water can satisfy requirements of water used for boilers. In addition,by using the total membrane water treatment technology,the acid and alkali used in regeneration system for traditional mixed bed resin,as well as the discharge of waste water have been thoroughly eliminated.
