摘　　要：合成了[Cu(ctl)phen]NO3.H2O固体配合物,phen为1,10-邻菲咯啉;ctl为瓜氨酸(L-Citrulline),通过元素分析、红外光谱(IR)、紫外光谱(UV)测定对配合物的配位行为进行了表征;电子吸收光谱、粘度测定研究表明在pH=7.2的缓冲溶液中,配合物与小牛胸腺DNA(Calf thymus DNA,ctDNA)发生部分插入作用。The ternary complex of copper （Ⅱ） with 1,10-phenanthroline and L-Citrulline was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,UV. The interaction of complex with ctDNA was investigated by electronic absorption spectroscopy and viscosity measurement. All of the results indicate that the interaction of complex with ctDNA is partial insertion.
