摘　　要：扫描速度快是傅里叶光谱仪的突出优点之一,一般比棱镜式或光栅式光谱仪快上数百倍,但同时也对测试结果也带来了一定的不确定性。通过测试对比,研究了傅里叶光谱仪扫描速度对不同红外探测器的影响情况,最后对应于不同的测试样品及目的,给出了扫描速度的参考设定值。The fleet scan speed is a strong point of the Fourier transformation spectroscopy,it is more hundreds quicker than the prism spectrum instrument and grating spectrometer. Howewr, it brings some problems as well. To research the effects of scan rate of the Fourier transformation spectroscopy on test results, different detectors were tested with different scan speed. Finally, the seemly scan rate was given corresponding to different testing samples and purposes.
