摘  要:针对原子吸收光谱法测定金矿石中金的实验过程,详细地分析了引入的不确定度来源。测定结果的不确定度由标准配制、样品制备、曲线拟合、样品均匀性及检验重复性4个部分引入的不确定度分量组成,样品制备过程中考虑了活性炭吸附率的影响,求得测量结果的标准不确定度和扩展不确定度分别为0.043μg/g和0.09μg/g。This paper systematically analyzed the experiment process of measuring gold in gold ore with AAS method and the source of uncertainty. The components of uncertainty were calculated quantitatively. The uncertainty of determination result is composed of four part:the compounded of the standard, the preparation of sample, the curve fitting, the sample uniformity and the examination duplication. In the sample preparation process, the influence of the adsorption rate of the activated charcoal has considered. The standard uncertainty is 0. 043μg/g ;the spread uncertainty is 0.09μg/g.
