摘　　要：针对济钢双机架可逆冷轧机负荷分配不合理,采用等功率裕量法,并考虑轧制力、转矩和速度等约束条件,对负荷分配进行了优化,提高了生产效率和主电机利用率。In view of unreasonable of load distribution of double stands reversing cold rolling mill of Jinan Iron ＆ Steel Group Corporation, the method of equivalent rate of power was applied to optimize the load distribution, which was considered the limited conditions of rolling force, torque and rolling speed. The practical production showed that the productivity and utilization ratio of equipment were improved.
