摘  要:采用弹粘塑性材料模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对H型钢开坯4道次连轧进行了模拟。说明了建模和材料参数的选取方法,以及轧件的变形、应力和应变等计算结果,有效解决了模拟过程中易出现的堆钢问题。模拟结果与理论值较接近,为生产提供了理论依据。Elastic viscoplastic thermal material model was adopted in this paper, the four passes of H-beam blooming process was simulated by finite element method with software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The establishment of model and the selection of material parameters were introduced in details, the deformation, the strain and the stress were obtained. Therefore the problem that occurred often in rolling simulation was resolved efficiently. The simulated results are similar to theorical one,and can offer reference to industry production.
