摘　　要：介绍了某中厚板厂制造执行系统(MES)的功能、软硬件组成、网络结构和系统架构,该系统以业务处理模型为核心,采用3层体系结构,由数据库、通信服务器和客户端3部分组成,具有生产计划管理、生产工艺管理、库区管理、物料跟踪、轧辊管理和生产数据收集管理功能,可提高该厂生产效率和自动化水平。The manufacturing execution system（MES） in a plate plant have functions of planning management, process data management, coil yard management, material tracking management, roll management and production data collecting management. The architecture of system consists of three parts, i.e. the database, the communication server and clients. By examining in practice, the system significantly increased production efficiency and automation level of the plate plant.
