摘　　要：通过对酸洗-轧机联合机组工艺流程的剖析,介绍了一种计算该机组酸洗线产量及相关参数的计算方法。该方法同样适用于其他连续处理机组(如连续热镀锌、连续退火机组),为其工艺设计提供参考。Through investigation the process of the Continuous Pickling Line coupled to Tandem Cold Mill （PL- TCM）, a method for the calculation of the production capacity and the other relevant parameters of pickling part of PL-TCM was introduced. The method was useful to other continuous units, such as continuous galvanizing, continuous annealing, etc. It was reference for process design.
