摘　　要：未来的30年内,我国人口老龄化进程将不断加快,如何承载4亿多老年人群的各种需求,是一个十分严峻的社会课题。由于城市老年人口的抚养具有相对较强的社会性,因此,城市人口老龄化面临的社会经济问题更加突出。以齐齐哈尔市为例,就如何面对和把握城市人口老龄化带来的挑战,提出积极的应对策略。In the next 30 years, our country＇s population will continue in its aging process. How to carry more than 400 million elderly populations in a variety of needs is a very serious social issue. Since supporting urban elderly population has a nature of relatively strong social dependency, the aging urban population will give rise to a more prominent soeio - economic problem. The author has proposed positive coping strategies on how to face and meet the challenges of an aging urban population.
