摘  要:在不改变63000ZC柴油机结构和参数的基础上,开发了柴油机进气管预混甲醇裂解气的试验装置系统,研究了预混微量裂解气时柴油机的燃油经济性。研究结果表明,当柴油机进气预混甲醇裂解气的质量百分比为2.5%~5.0%时,各负荷下节油率可达5%~8%,综合有效热效率明显提高,且随着裂解气掺烧浓度的增加,油耗呈下降趋势。Without changing the structure and parameters of the 6300ZC diesel engine, the paper developed a test equipment system of pro-mixed on-line methanol cracked gas at the intake manifold of the engine, studied the fuel economy when little cracked gas is premixed. The results show that ,when the quality percentage of the premixed methanol cracked gas is between 2.5% and 5.0%, saving rate of diesel consumption can reach 5% to 8% under the different engine loads ;and thermal efficiency is obviously improved,fuel consumption declines with the increase of blended concentration of the cracked gas.
