摘  要:自主开发了一套简单方便的发动机转速采集系统,该系统以AVR单片机为核心,应用ATmega32L单片机进行开发,通过转速传感器输出转速信号,由发动机转速采集系统下位机进行捕捉,并保存在单片机内部,待连续采集900个转速数据点后,通过串行通讯接口将采集到的转速数据回传给上位机,并保存在Excel文件内;同时,发动机转速采集系统上位机可对下位机的数据采集时刻进行控制。下位机软件程序采用C语言进行编写,上位机采用Visual Basic 6.0软件进行开发。结果表明:自主开发的发动机转速采集系统能够实时地采集发动机的转速信号,对发动机的台架试验起到良好的辅助测试作用。In this paper a set of simple and convenient engine speed acquisition system is developed independently. AVR MCU is adopted as the core controller by the system, type is ATmega32L. Speed signal output is from speed sensor, which is captured by lower computer of engine speed acquisition system, and then saved in the MCU. After nine hundred speed data have been acquired continuously, the data can be transmitted to upper computer of engine speed acquisition system through serial communication interface and saved in the excel file. Data acquisition time can be controlled by upper computer of engine speed acquisition system. The software program of lower computer of engine speed acquisition system is compiled with C language. The software program of upper computer of engine speed acquisition system is developed with Visual Basic 6.0. The results show that self-developed engine speed acquisition system can real-time acquire engine speed signal and play an excellent auxiliary role in engine experiment.
