摘  要:淬火-配分(Quenching and Partitioning,简称Q&P)工艺是针对马氏体钢提出的热处理新工艺。利用Q&P工艺处理40Si2Ni2钢,并通过扫描电镜观察其微观组织特征。结果表明,与传统淬火+回火工艺得到的组织不同,Q&P组织为低碳(回火态)和高碳马氏体(淬火态)共存,其中高碳马氏体呈现为有规则几何形状、边界清晰、无析出物析出的块状组织,淬火温度(QT)对高碳马氏体(淬火态)量有影响。Quenching and partitioning process is a new process for martensite steels. Microstructures of 40Si2Ni2 steel treated by quenching and partitioning process were studied by SEM. The results show that the mierostructures treated by Q&P were different from those treated by traditional quenching and tempering process, in which low carbon (tempered) and high carbon (quenched) martensitic microstruetures were found in steels treated by Q&P process simultaneously and the latter were block microstructures with regular geometric shape, straight boundary and without precipitation on them. The volume of high carbon (quenched) martensific microstructures was influenced by quenching temperature (QT).
