摘　　要：安钢第二炼轧厂所投产的3 500 mm炉卷轧机以及1 780 mm热连轧机均采用太原重工轧机支承辊油膜轴承,两线支承辊油膜轴承适应生产节奏,装配简单实用,均达到一次装配成功,并满足图纸设计要求,各部件的装配精度经检测达到要求,顺利通过负荷试车,功能考核结束两线油膜轴承进入了稳定的运行阶段,较为典型的反应了当今可逆宽板与不可逆热连轧精轧机支承辊油膜轴承的使用特点。the backup roll film beatings used in the 3 500 mm Steckel mill and 1 780 mm HSM of the second steel making and rolling plant in ArlGang are all made by TaiYuan heavy industry company, they are simple and suited to the production, fulfilled the requirement of the design and the drawing. Their precision are fine and passed the hot load test , now they run smoothly. They have all the characters of film bearings of todayg wlde-plate mill and HSM.
