摘　　要：在探讨国内外关于以企业为主体的技术创新体系所存在的障碍因素研究的基础上,提出了研究的指标,并结合调研数据进行了障碍因素的探索性因子分析,可靠性分析,进一步借助结构方程模型对上述分析结果进行验证,提出了激励障碍和保健障碍是我国以企业为主体的技术创新体系的潜在障碍因子,进而得出了结论。various obstacles affect enterprises＇ subjectivity in the technological innovation system. Based on both domestic and foreign research achievements, this paper intends to put forward ten obstacle factors in enterprise-oriented technology system. Corresponding questionnaire investigations have been carried out, and exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis and confirmatory analysis are made according to the samples. Finally, a double-factor model of motivation obstacle and hygiene obstacle is proposed.
