摘 要:提出了一种用于超声信号测量的耦合型光纤超声传感器并讨论了其工作原理。采用耦合型光纤超声传感器、光电转换控制电路和高分辨率的信号处理软件组建了超声信号检测系统。通过对150 kHz的连续超声信号、脉冲超声信号的测量试验,对耦合型光纤超声传感器的性能进行了检验,实验结果与压电超声传感器的测量结果相吻合,同时研究了光纤超声传感器对不同方向信号的响应特性。实验证明,耦合型光纤超声传感器适用于超声信号的测量。An innovative coupling fiber-optic ultrasonic sensor for the measurement of ultrasonic signals is presented, and its working principle is discussed at the same time. An ultrasonic signal detection system consists of a coupling fiber-optic ultrasonic sensor,a photoelectric conversion control unit and a software package for processing acquired signals with high resolution has been successfully developed. The ability of the sensor is examined through the detection of a 150 kHz continuous ultrasonic wave,a pulsed ultrasonic wave. The behaviors of the coupling f/heroptic vibration sensor are closely agreed with the response of a high precision piezoelectric accelerometer. The amplitude response of the coupling fiber-optic ultrasonic sensor to different direction excitation has been investigated. The experimental results show that the coupling fiber-optic ultrasonic sensor is suitable for the ultrasonic signals measurement.
