摘  要:基于行波超声物料输送原理,提出并研制了一种多驱动频率的环形压电式超声输送实验装置,该实验装置可对块状单体物料或物料群的运行状况进行不限时、不限输送长度的精确观测,进而能精确计算物料速度等性能参数。在振幅为1μm,驱动频率分别为24.69 kHz及39.31 kHz的实验环境下,对黄铜圆柱和钢圆锥滚子两种规则试件进行了实验测试,实验结果表明,试件具有很均匀的运行速度,输送振子在相同振幅的条件下,输送速度与输送振子的波数及频率成正比。A ring type piezoelectric ultrasonic device for feeding experiment is proposed based on the principle of traveling wave ultrasonic motor,which has two-driving-frequencies. The device can be used to observe the motions of single object or material groups precisely without time and length limit. Using optical fiber sensor,the driving veloeity of the device can be accurately tested and calculated. When the amplitude is 1 μm, the driving frequencies are 24.69 kHz and 39.31 kHz respectively,the feeding ability of the device is experimentally studied. The results indicate that the feeding device has a uniform motion. With the same amplitude, the driving velocity of the device is directly proportional to the wave number and the frequency of the vibrator.
