摘　　要：为满足脉冲功率技术应用研究的需要,研制以Tesla变压器为核心组成的200kV脉冲发生器,由可调直流高压电源、储能器、高压脉冲变压器、高压开关、控制器、工控机、打印机、存贮示波器、限流电阻箱、极性转换器和高压脉冲分压器等构成。采用计算机控制技术高压脉冲的产生、输出幅度、"+/-"极性和限流电阻转换进行程序控制,高压脉冲输出幅度和输出频率连续可调,其性能指标满足技术要求,且操作简单、安全、性能稳定可靠。The 200kV pulse voltage- generator based on Tesla transformer is made for the research on high voltage pulse technology. The program controlled equipment is made up of adjustable high - voltage direct current power, energy store part, high - voltage pulse transformer, high - voltage switch, controller, industrial computer, printer, oscillograph, current limiting re- sistor,pulse polarity transfer and high - voltage distribute. Based on program control technology, the high - voltage pulse is generated and computer can switch ＂＋/-＂ polarities and the current - restricted resistance. The range and frequency of the output pulse can be continuous adjusted. The generator is reliable and easy to operate.
