摘　　要：主要阐述西安市地下综合管线(测量)管理存在的问题及解决这些问题的对策进行研究。对城市规划部门加强地下管线批前、批后管理方面提出很多可操作的具体措施。This paper mainly expounds the existing problems and countermeasure research about Xi＇An underground integrative pipeline（surveying）management. Furthermore,the operable measures are put forward into city planning department to enhance the pre-approved,after-approved management of underground pipeline ;This would be a certain reference meaning for prospecting and surveying corporation to offer surveying guarantee in planning field.
