摘　　要：森林资源保护是现代林业生态建设的主要工作内容,现代林业生态建设的成果,需要通过加强林政资源管理来巩固。阐述在新形势下林政资源管理中关于林木、林地、林权的三个关键层面,从组织与机构、法制建设、技术与设备三个方面提出林政资源管理的建设重点。Forest resource protection is the main contents of modem forestry ecological construction.And, the achievements＇consolidation of modem forestry ecological construction needs to depend on the enhancement of forestry policy and resource management. Under new situation, the three key layers about tree,forestland and forest right in forestry policy and resource management are expounded.Finally, the construction emphasis for forestry policy and resource management is put forward from three aspects, i.e. ,the organization and institution, the building of the legal system, and the technology and equipment.
