摘　　要：骨髓移植是促进骨折愈合的重要手段,骨髓的成骨特性不断在实验及临床应用中得到证实,骨髓的成骨特性主要基于骨髓基质干细胞、骨形态发生蛋白及骨祖细胞的存在,而目前对骨髓成骨特性的研究主要分体内实验和体外实验,并且体外细胞培养及特性研究是重中之重。Bone marrow transplantation is an important means to promote fracture healing, osteogenic characteristics of bone marrow are consistently confirmed in experimental and clinical applications, these characteristics are mainly based on the existence of stromal stem ceils in bone marrow, bone morphogenetic protein and bone progenitor cells. At present, the study on the osteogenic characteristics of bone marrow is mainly conducted either in viva or in vltro,however,it is the most important to culture cells and to study the characteristics of bone marrow cells in vitro.
