益心舒胶囊治疗糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨益心舒胶囊治疗糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法225例糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛患者随机抽签分为治疗组和对照组。在常规降糖、扩冠治疗同时，对照组口服小剂量阿司匹林0．1g，1次／d；硝酸异山梨酯片5～10mg，3次／d，治疗组在此基础上加用镒心舒胶囊，每次1．2g，每日3次，疗程为8周，用药前后观察自觉症状、心绞痛发作、心电图，血糖等指标。结果治疗组患者自觉症状好转，其心绞痛缓解和心电图改善总有效率分别为90．9％、72．1％，优于对照组（68．4％，53．3％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论益心舒胶囊治疗糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛疗效较好，药物不良反应少。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yixinshu capsule in diabetic patients complicated with coronary heart diseases（CHD）. Methods A total of 225CHD patients complicated with diabete were divided into two groups, the control group received conventional hypoglycemia therapy and coronary vasodilator only, while the treatment group received conventional therapy plus Yixinshu capsule 1.2 g three times per day for 8 weeks. The clinical symptoms, angina stenosis, electrocardiogram and glucose were observed before and after treatment. Results As compared with the control group, the treatment group had a much better improvement in clinical symptoms, the total effective rate of cardiovascular event release was 90.9% , and it was 72.1% superior to the control group,P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Yixinshu capsule has a good therapeutic efficacy for in diabetic patients complicated with coronary heart diseases（CHD）.
