剖宫产术后体温升高及处理时间对切口裂开的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨剖宫产术后体温变化及不同处理时间对切口裂开的影响。方法回顾性分析142例产妇的临床资料。根据切口愈合情况分为2组：切口裂开组70例，对照组72例，比较其术前，术后3d，术后5d的体温变化情况。切口裂开组又分为早期处理组（36例）和晚期处理组（34例），比较2组在愈合情况与住院时间方面的差异。结果切口裂开组术后3d的平均体温[（38．2±0．3）℃]，术后5d[（37．8±0．3）℃]均大于对照组[分别为（37．5±0．3）℃和（36．5±0．2）℃]；早期处理组甲级愈合情况（愈合率72．22％，26／36）明显好于晚期处理组（47．06％，16／34），且平均住院时间明显缩短。结论剖宫产术后体温变化对切口裂开有早期预测价值，术后体温升高及早进行处理可明显缩短切口裂开患者的愈合时间和住院时间，是一种简单有效的方法。Objective To explore the influence of changes of body temperature on patients with incision split after cesarean section and to explore early diagnose and treatment of incision split. Method （ 1 ） Selection of 142 cases of maternal. These cases were divided into two groups ： Incision dehiscence Group included 70 eases and the temperature changes before operation and 3,5 day after operation were compared. （2）Treatment Group included early treatment group and late treatment group. Hospitalization time and healing time were compared between the 2 groups. Results Compared with the controls, patients who experienced wound dehiscence had a higher body temperature 3 and 5 days after operation. Healing time and Hospitalization time in early treatment group was signifi- cantly shorter than those in late treatment group. Conclusions Temperature change has an early predictive value of cesarean section incision dehiscence. Early treatment can significantly shorten the incision dehiscence healing time and hospitalization time.
