摘 要:具有代表性的大型石油化工企业引进的聚酯纤维生产装置为实例,研究建立最佳的废热蒸汽回收系统,以低品位废热蒸汽和蒸汽冷凝水两相介质为热源,利用改型的汽—水型溴化锂吸收式制冷机和热能转换系统进行集中供冷、集中供热,实现废热资源化。从而解决了外方技术遗留下来的热力系统不完善、能级匹配不合理,致使大量废热蒸汽对空排放、浪费能源、污染环境、危及安全生产等十多年没有得到解决的技术难题。This article is written by talking polyester fibre producing units imported by representative large scale petrochemicals enterprises as actual examples to research and setup optimal waste heat steam recovering systems by means of utilizing both media of low grade waste heat steam and condensate for heat resources, and, using reformed steam water type lithium bromide absorption chillers and heat energy exchanging systems to perform a centralized cold and heat supply so as to realise changing waste heat into useful resources. Thus, technical problems of imperfect thermal power system brought about from foreign technology and unreasonable matching of energy grades that cause a great deal of waste heat steam to be discharged into the atmosphere, resulting in wasting energy, polluting environments and endangering production safety, while had not been overcome in the past ten more years, have been solved.
