摘 要:根据1kW速调管放大器的特点,在阐述速调管工作特性的基础上,分析了速调管的典型外围电路,详细介绍了控制与保护项目的具体要求。为了提高速调管放大器的工作可靠性,在模拟信号取样电路中采用高电压隔离放大器和多级箝位电路等抗干扰措施。1kW速调管放大器采用二次过荷保护原理进一步提高整机的抗干扰性能。利用监控软件实现二次过荷保护功能,简化了硬件电路的设计难度,大大提高了应用的灵活性。Based on the description of klystron characteristics, the typical peripheral circuit of klystron is analyzed and the particular requirements of control and protection circuits are introduced in detail according to its characteristics. In order to enhance the reliability of klystron amplifier, many effective ways of anti-interference were applied in the analog signal sampling circuit, such as high voltage isolation amplifier and multi-clamping circuit, etc. By applying the second overload principle, 1 kW klystron amplifier further enhances the machine overall anti-interference ability. By using the monitoring software to realize the second overload cycle protection, the difficulty in designing the hardware was significantly reduced, and the flexibility of applications are improved greatly.
