摘 要:板形板厚精度是板带材的重要质量指标,轧机系统是复杂的非线性系统,其动力学特性严重影响板带材质量。本文介绍了轧机系统动态建模及仿真研究的发展现状及存在的问题,首先介绍了轧机动态特性研究的进展,这方面主要是对厚度控制系统的仿真研究,然后重点介绍了基于板形板厚控制的轧机系统动态建模及仿真研究的目的、意义及研究现状,提出了将轧辊看做弹性连续体,利用连续体动力学理论研究轧辊的动态特性的方法,并以此为基础,建立了基于板形控制的轧机系统动态模型,对其理论进行了介绍。最后,对基于板形板厚控制的轧机系统动态建模及仿真进行了展望。The shape and thickness are the most important quality indexes of strip, and rolling mill is complex nonlinear system, then the shape of strip is influenced by the dynamic characteristics of rolling mill. In this paper, the development and the problems of dynamic model building and simulation of rolling mill are presented. Firstly, the research on dynamic characteristic of mill was present, which is used on the thickness of strip. Then, the dynamic model building of rolling mill based on shape control was discussed with emphasis. The method that taking the rolls as elastic continuous body was proposed, the dynamic of rolls was studied based on the continuous body dynamics, the dynamic model of rolling mill based on shape control was built, the theory was introduced. The model proposed is very important for improving the control accuracy and improving the quality of the strip.
