摘  要:设计了一种能够用于轮椅床、护理床等医疗护理设备的智能座便器,具有智能化、安全、方便、舒适、卫生的特点。座便盖启闭装置采用水平抽拉的方式,占用空间小且效率高;座便体升降机构采用双三棱柱结构,保证准确到位且稳定性高;接便装置的抽取机构使其取放方便;特别考虑了接便装置的密封,以防止臭味散发;用臭氧发生器提供臭氧来杀菌消毒除臭,使座便器使用更卫生;用实验的方法确定了水气供给管路的一些重要参数,为设计提供了依据。并且设计了座便器控制系统结构,为进一步硬件电路设计、软件编制打下了基础。An intelligent toilet has been designed for nursing beds, wheelchair-beds and other health care equipments in the paper, with multi -character like intelligent, safe, convenient, comfortable and sanitary. The on-off device of toilet cover takes the horizontal withdrawing way, and needs smaller space while with high efficiency. The double-prism structuremakec, the toilet body elevateing mechanism move to the right place and have high stability. Extraction mechanism for dejecta colleting device makes drawing and insertion convenient; Sealing device is considered specially to avoid emitting the odour. An ozone generator is used for sterilization, disinfection and deodorization which makes the using of toilet more wholesome. Some important parameters of water and gas supply pipelines are determined by experimental methods for design. Meanwhile, the control system structure is also designed, which laid the foundation for circuit design and software programming.
