摘 要:以α-甲基苯乙烯为原料,五氧化二钒/烷基紫精插层化合物为光催化剂,对影响光催化合成苯乙酮的实验条件如:溶剂的影响、催化剂的用量、O2流速等进行了研究。实验结果表明:当催化剂浓度为0.20 g/L,O2流速25 mL/min,反应6 h,α-甲基苯乙烯的转化率可达32%,苯乙酮的选择性为98%,产率为31%。Using a-methyl styrene as raw material and vanadium pentoxide/alkyl viologen intercalation compounds as photo-catalyst, the effect of experimental conditions on acetophenone photocatalytic synthesis, such as the solvent, catalyst usage, O2 flow rate, etc. was studied. The experimental results showed that when the catalyst concentration was 0. 20 g/L, the O2 flow rate was 25 mL/min and the reaction time was 6 h, a-methyl styrene conversion was close to 32%, and the selectivity and yield of acetophenone was 98% and 31%, respectively.
