涤锦超细纤维针织毛巾布碱性浴染色工艺研究

摘　　要：用碱性染色助剂HK-2008,在碱性条件下用耐碱性分散染料对涤锦超细纤维针织毛巾布进行染整加工,与传统酸性浴染色工艺在工艺流程、染色配方、染色升温曲线、染色试样K/S值等方面进行对比和分析,并探讨了常用分散染料的耐碱性及染色效果,测试对比了两种工艺染色后织物的吸湿快干性能。得出采用碱性染色助剂HK-2008进行碱性浴染色,可以缩短工艺流程,节省染色时间,减少化学药品的使用,降低染色成本;经碱性染色加工后的涤锦超细纤维针织毛巾布K/S值和吸湿快干性能与传统酸性浴染色工艺基本一致。This paper applies the alkaline dyeing agent HK-2008 in the dyeing bath and uses the alkali-resistant disperse dye to dye and finish the ultra-fine polyester/nylon fiber knitted terry toweling and compares with the traditional weak acidic dyeing bath based dyeing process in terms of technological process,dyeing formula,temperature rising curve and K/S value of dyed samples.In addition,this paper analyzes the alkali-resistance and dyeing effect of common disperse dyes and measures the moisture-absorbent and fast dry property of fabrics dyed by this technology.It can be concluded that the HK-2008 based alkaline bath dyeing process can shorten the technological process,save dyeing time,reduce the application of chemicals and dyeing cost.And it also show that the K/S value and moisture-absorbent and fast dry property of dyed fabrics are kept the same as those by using the traditional weak acidic dyeing bath based dyeing process.
