摘　　要：以生态系统服务功能价值理论为基础，结合沈阳市实际情况，确定各种土地利用生态系统的单位面积服务功能价值，分析沈阳市新一轮土地利用总体规划方案实施前后生态系统服务功能总价值的变化，评价实施规划将产生的生态环境影响。研究表明：采用生态系统服务功能价值法来度量土地利用规划对生态环境的影响是可行的，对正确制定土地利用决策具有重要意义。Based on the theory of ecosystem services value, this paper determines the standard acreage service value of various land use ecosystem, analyzes the changes of the overall value of eco-system services value before and after the implementation of the new round project of land use of Shenyang City, and assesses the environmental impact of the land use planning .The results show that the introduction of the theory of ecosystem services value is feasible as well as significant to the revision of land use planning.
