摘 要:采用电弧喷涂与快速原形技术相结合,成功地制备了钢基拉延模具。在该模具的制备工艺过程中,陶瓷模型的制备为关键环节。在模具喷涂时,采用马氏体不锈钢或高碳钢丝材可以获得符合该模具使用要求的沉积层,其硬度和耐磨性均能够满足使用要求。所制备的模具沉积层中的马氏体相变可以导致体积膨胀,补偿了冷却收缩,提高了模具的尺寸精度。Steel-base drawing mould had been prepared by combining arc spraying and rapid prototyping technology. The technological order of the mould preparation was that: data model-rapid prototyping-flexible rubber model - ceramic model -arc spraying -repairing and reinforce, the preparation of the ceramic model was the key link. Martensitic stainless steel and high carbon steel wires were used to prepare the deposited layer of mould, so that their hardness and wear resistance could meet the requirements. Martensite phase transformtion occurred in the deposited layer could compensate the shrinkage during the cooling of the layer, and this could improve the dimensional accuracy of the mould.
