摘  要:针对鞍钢超低碳汽车板钢种冶炼及连铸工艺对钢水洁净度的影响进行了分析,指出浇注初期注流的二次氧化、钢包顶渣改质效果不好导致浇注过程钢中夹杂物增加、浸入式水口絮流物脱落等是造成冷轧板表面质量缺陷的主要原因,得出稳定产品质量的有效控制方法是优化非稳定态浇注工艺、控制出钢后钢包渣的氧化性以及进一步去除钢中细小夹杂。This paper analyzes the effect of steel making and continuous casting process on the cleanliness of the ultra low carbon molten steel for automobile in Angang and points out that the main factors leading to quality defects on the surface of a cold rolled sheet consists of the secondary oxida- tion of a casting stream at the beginning of casting, amount of inclusions increasing during casting due to the poor result for modifying the top slag as well as flocculating flow at submerged nozzle. It is concluded that optimizing the unsteady casting process, controlling the oxidation of tapping and removing tiny inclusions in steel as many as possible are better methods quality of products. ladle slag after to control the
