摘  要:介绍了鞍钢在ASP技术创新与探索工作中所取得的成绩,包括高效化炼钢连铸生产技术、直接轧制工艺、连铸在线调宽技术、工作辊可变凸度控制(LVC辊)技术、四流合一技术的开发等。随着高级别轿车面板和高强度管线钢规模化生产模式的逐步形成以及ASP专有技术体系的完善,ASP技术已完成了第二代ASP替代第一代的过程,实现了年产500万t钢的连铸连轧生产规模。The achievements obtained from technical innovations and explorations on ASP of Angang are introduced, including such technologies or processes as high efficient steelmaking and continuous casting, direct rolling, on - line width adjusting in continuous casting, variable crown controlling of a work roll( LVC roll) and casting process with four strands into one at the end of cast- ing. As the goingtoscale production modes for producing steel sheets used for outer panels of high level private cars and high strengh linepipe steels are established gradually and also the proprietary technology system owned by ASP is further improved, first generation technology used by ASP is successfully replaced by second generation technology and the production capacity with annual five million tons of steel is achieved by continuous casting and continuous rolling process.
