摘  要:目的探讨造血因子重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor;rhG-CSF)、重组人白细胞介素11(recombinant human interleukin 11;rhIL11)和白细胞介素2(Interleukin 2;IL2)组合方案对急性放射性消化系统损伤的治疗作用。方法将60Coγ射线照射损伤后的比格狗分为单纯照射损伤组、对症治疗组和细胞因子综合治疗组,通过对各主要消化器官的组织病理学观察,分析3组的治疗效果。结果单纯照射组动物在15d内全部死亡,而经治疗的动物存活时间均超过45d,从病理切片上观察发现,细胞因子(rhG-CSF、rhIL11和IL2)综合治疗组动物的胃、小肠、大肠、肝脏及胰腺的修复较对症治疗组明显。结论细胞因子综合治疗方案对放射性消化系统损伤有明显的疗效。Objective To investigate the therapeutical effect of damaged digestive system after radioactive damage cured by recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor (rhG-CSF), recombinant human interleukin 11 (rhIL11 ) and interleukin 2 (IL2) combined scheme. Methods Seventeen beagle dogs damaged by 60Coγ-ray were divided into three groups: simple radiation damaged group, symptomatic treated group and eytokines treated group. The histopathology slides of chief digestive organs were observed and compared. Results All dogs in the simple radiation damaged group died in fifteen days. Given treatment dogs survived beyond for- ty-five days. Pathological slides showed that damage reparation of stomach, small intestine, large intestine, liver and pancreas in the cytokines(rhG-CSF, rhIL11 and IL2 )treated group was more obvious than those in the symptomatic treated group. Conclusion Cytokine combined scheme has therapeutical effect on damaged digestive system after radioactive damage.
