摘  要:计算流体力学是借助现代计算机技术求解描述流体运动、传热和传质的偏微分方程组,并对上述物理现象进行过程模拟的学科,其优点是能以较少的经费和在较短的时间内获得大量有价值的研究成果。目前,国内外都在研究将计算流体力学应用于热处理过程的模拟及设备的开发,譬如液体淬火、气体淬火、气体渗碳等。提高模拟精确度,对温度场、应力/应变场等进行耦合模拟应是今后CFD研究的重要方向。The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is a subject which finds the solution of a partial differential equation set describing fluid motion, heat transfer and matter transfer and simulates the processes of these physical phenomenons by means of modem computer technology. The application of computational fluid dynamics can lead to a great number of useful research achievements at less cost in a short time. At present, the application of CFD to the simulation of heat treatment process, such as liquid quenching, gas quenching, gas carburizing and so on, and the development of equipment is under researching in China and other countries. The research on CFD is to be in the direction of the improvement on simulation precision, the coupled simulation of temperature field, stress/strain field and so forth from now on.
