摘　　要：叙述了发展低碳经济的紧迫性,指出,山西应从加大投资,开发无碳和可再生能源,促进高碳能源低碳化利用,开发煤气化与氢能的结合、煤层气综合利用、焦炉煤气深加工的技术,制作氢与天然气的混合燃料,以及强化高碳企业集群化、低碳化发展,培养低碳经济龙头企业和加强政府政策扶持等方面着手,推进山西低碳经济的发展。The paper describes the urgency of developing low-carbon economy, points out that in order to promote low-carbon economic development in Shanxi we must do the following aspects： increasing investment, developing non-carbon and renewable energy sources, promoting low-carbon utilization of the high-carbon energy, developing the combination of coal gasification and hy- drogen energy, comprehensive utilization of coal-bed methane, as well as coke oven gas deep-processing technology, producing mixed fuel of hydrogen and natural gas, and strengthening high-carbon enterprise clusters and low-carbon technology development, cultivating leading enterprises in low-carbon economy and strengthening the government＇s policy supports government.
