摘 要:酸溶法是制造柔性光纤传像束的先进工艺,而三坩埚法拉制3层同轴单丝是酸溶法工艺中的关键技术。为了保证三坩埚法成纤时芯料、皮料和酸溶玻璃的物料平衡,首先设计了柔性光纤传像束的单丝直径和断面结构,测定了芯料、皮料和酸溶玻璃的黏度-温度曲线以及密度,并采用流体动力学的方法分析了玻璃在坩埚内的流动状态,最终根据流量平衡的原理提出了三坩埚设计参数的计算方法。该计算方法根据误差分析对计算参数进行调整后取得了良好的效果。Acid soluble process is an advanced technology for the fabrication of flexible image bundle with fiberizing of the single fiber as the key to the whole process. Triple-crucible method is considered an effective way to produce the quality fiber. In order to ensure the balance amang the core, cladding and acid soluble glass, beginning with the designing of the profile of the single fiber, the working parameters of each of the core, cladding and acid soluble glass were determinated. Based on the experimental data and fluid dynamic principle, the conditions of viscous glass in the crucible tube as well as in the annular gaps of the crucible were studied, and the calculation of the outlet parameters of the crucible was proposed. These parameters were applied in the designing of the crucible and was proved to be feasible.
