高效液相色谱法测定肩周胶囊中5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷含量

摘　　要：目的测定肩周胶囊中5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液,检测波长250nm。结果5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷进样量在0.05～0.50μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,加样回收率为98.76%,RSD为0.49%。结论高效液相色谱法快速、准确,可用于肩周胶囊的质量控制。Objective To determine the contents of 5- O- methylvisammioside in Jianzhou Capsules. Methods The HPLC method was adopted and the C,s column（200 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid. The detection wavelength was at 250 nm. Results The calibration curve of 5 - O - methylvisammioside was linear in the range of 0. 05 - 0. 50 μg（ r = 0. 999 9）, the average recovery rate was 98.76%, RSD =0. 49%. Conclusion The method is quick and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of Jianzhou Capsules.
