复方甘草酸苷辅助左西替利嗪治疗慢性湿疹43例

摘　　要：目的探讨复方甘草酸苷辅助左西替利嗪治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法将92例慢性湿疹患者随机均分为两组,对照组46例口服左西替利嗪胶囊5mg,外用艾洛松乳膏,均1次/d;治疗组46例在此基础上加用复方甘草酸苷片75mg,3次/d。两组疗程均为4周,并于治疗后每周复诊并观察临床疗效。结果治疗4周后,两组患者湿疹面积及严重度指数评分(EASI评分)和瘙痒评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组痊愈率51.16%和总有效率86.05%均分别明显高于对照组的痊愈率29.27%和总有效率63.41%(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷辅助左西替利嗪治疗慢性湿疹可明显提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effects of Compound Glycyrrhizin combined with levoeetirizine in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods 92 cases of chronic eczema were randomly divided into two groups： control group （46 cases） and treatment group（46 cases）. The patients in the control group were given with oral levocetirizine 5 mg once daily and topical application of Eloson Cream once daily, the patients in the treatment group were given with oral Compound Glycyrrhizin 75 mg, 3 times per day besides the same treatment as the control group. The treatment courses were 4 weeks. All the patients were followed up in every week after treatment and the clinical effects were observed. Results After the 4- week treatment, the EASI scores and itching scores in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with that before treatment（P 〈 0.05 respectively）. The EASI scores and itching scores in the treatment group were obviously lower than those in the control group （P〈0. 05 respectively）. The cure rate （51.16%） and the total effective rate （86.05%） in the treatment group were significantly higher than those （29.27% and 63.41% ） in the control group （P 〈 0.05 respectively）. Conclusion Compound Glycyrrhizin combined with levocetirizine can enhance the clinical effects in the treatment of chronic eczema, Compound Glycyrrhizin is an ideal subsidiary medicine to treat chronic eczema.
