摘 要:通过在7 m3试验装置和20 m试验巷道内的百余次爆炸试验发现,天然气、瓦斯气、甲烷气这类比空气轻的可燃气体在空气中受浮力能很快上升到装置(巷道)顶部,并从开口端流出。在无通风或初期短时持续通风的工况下,装置(巷道)2/3高度下不能形成可爆混气,有火源也不会爆炸,这是该类气体独有的"优异特性"。More than a hundred explosive tests were performed in a 7 m^3 explosive vessel and a 20 m long experimental lane with one end closed and the other open. In these tests, the test volume of natural gas was blown with high rate into the closed end with no air ventilation or 5-15 s air ventilation during the early stage of natural gas feeding. No explosion took place for all explosive tests. The result indicated that there was no explosive natural gas-air mixture in the space under the 2/3 height of the test vessel. The natural gas feeding to the test vessel was lifted up to the top of the test vessel by air buoyancy. This is the "outstanding characteristic" of those combustible gases such as natural gas, gas and methane.
