摘 要:介绍钢丝在连续拉拔加工时常用的6种配模工艺,利用EXCEL软件自带的VB编辑功能,以第1道次部分压缩率稍小、第2道次最大、以后依次减小的配模工艺为例,编制出拉丝配模工艺计算表。给出编制的配模程序,并以进线Φ3.3 mm,出线Φ1.2 mm,拉拔10道次为例,说明软件的使用方法和计算结果。应用表明,采用该方法计算出的拉丝配模结果,适应性强,稍作改动就可以应用到各种拉拔工艺上。To introduce six kinds of die arrangement processes usually adopted in steel wire drawing continuously. The wire drawing die arrangement process calculation table was compiled by using EXCEL self-contained VB edit function and takes the following die arrangement process as example such as the first passage smaller part compression ratio, the second passage the biggest, the following passage decreases in order. The compiled die arrangement procedure was given ont. The using way and calculation results of software were illustrated by taking inlet wire diameter 3.3 mm, outlet wire diameter 1.2 mm and drawing 10 passages as example. Applied results show that the way can calculate wire drawing die arrangement. It is adaptable. And it can be applied to each wire drawing processes by making a little change.
