大学生村官计划可持续发展的思考

摘　　要：大学生村官计划是提高大学毕业生就业水平和促进农村发展的一个双赢战略。该计划实施以来,已取得较为明显的成效,但在实施过程中仍然面临一系列的问题。文章从村官的选拔、舆论的引导、乡村治理结构变革等方面提出建议和对策。village official college plan is to increase the level of employment and the promotion of rural development strategy for a win-win. A great achievement has been got with the implementation of the plan, but there are also many problems in the implementation process. The author＇s will give some advice on the selection of the village official, guide of the public opinion, and the improvement of the management structure in rural areas.
